The horse float range is built with an aluminium tubular frame of six vertical pillars in each corner, with additional strength provided by horizontal extrusions along the length of the trailer & a steel tubular frame supporting the composite roof. The concealed frame provides a large side panel area resulting in a stylish looking trailer which is more automotive than agricultural in appearance.
 
The trailer range features a powder coated aluminium frame, lowered aluminium skirt running around the front of the trailer chassis, with sides and ramps made using composite aluminium/plywood side panels. All models feature a pair of side windows and have a large inspection window which allows more daylight into the trailer. Centre partitions (double float only) and breast and breeching bars are fitted as standard.
