At Ifor Williams Trailers NZ Elders, we’re committed to making the delivery process simple, transparent, and reliable. We offer delivery across the North Island of New Zealand for trailers, horse floats, and parts purchased through our site or dealership.

1. Delivery areas

• We deliver throughout the North Island via trusted freight and logistics partners.

• For South Island or offshore deliveries, please contact us directly for a quote.

• You may also choose to collect your order from our site at 339 Bell Road, Papamoa.
   

2. Delivery timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the product type and availability:

• In-stock trailers and horse floats: Usually delivered within 7–14 business days.

• Factory build-to-order trailers and floats: Typically delivered within 8–12 weeks, depending on production and shipping schedules.

• Parts and accessories: Dispatched within 2–5 business days by courier.

We’ll confirm your estimated delivery date when your order is placed.
Delays may occur due to freight schedules, weather, or port congestion — we’ll notify you if these occur.
 

3. Freight costs

Delivery costs vary by size, weight, and destination.
Your quote or invoice will include freight charges upfront before payment.

All freight is handled by approved carriers experienced in transporting trailers and floats safely.
Insurance can be arranged upon request.
 

4. Collection

You’re welcome to collect your trailer, float, or part order from our Papamoa site during business hours.
Photo ID and proof of purchase are required at pickup.
 

5. Risk and inspection

• Risk passes to you once the product is delivered to your address or collected from our yard.

• Please inspect your trailer or part immediately upon arrival and report any visible damage within 48 hours.

• If goods are damaged in transit, contact us right away so we can assist with a claim through our freight partner.
   

6. Missed deliveries or redelivery

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier may leave a calling card or reschedule.
Additional fees may apply for redelivery or storage.
 

7. International shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally. All deliveries are within New Zealand only.
